I would agree with some of the other poor reviews. Their website advertised a part with cost and when I went in to purchase they tried to charge me $20 dollars more and said that they charge extra in store for their advise. I said, "I never asked you for advise, I asked for the part". They sold it to me for their website price but If I did question it I would have over paid. I think they just make up the prices as someone else said in another post. They really try to discourage you from buying the parts, they want you to bring your machine in for service. I'm sure you'll get service well - into a new over priced machine. I was so upset leaving the store. I went In Feeling great that they were open on a Sunday and walked out feeling victimized. Fixed my machine in half hour. Ha! Not good business people. I will not return.

Hello, sorry your experience seemed to be unpleasant. We are glad you were able to fix your machine! Like a lot of other major retailers across Canada and the US, prices may vary from in-store and online, as they are considered separate entities. We do encourage DIY, however, depending on the situation, we *may* deter a customer if they are unsure of how to repair or replace a part. In saying this, it is to protect the customer, as a manufacturer or extended warranty can be void if the machine is not repaired by an authorized technician. We would love to have you in the store again to rectify your experience (although we are closed now on Sundays). Hope the machine is still working great.
