Drywall and Tape/Finish Basement Apt
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We hired Trevor to finish our basement apartment. We originally had hired someone else to do it but they could not meet our deadlines. We were referred to Trevor from our Project Manager. Not only did Trevor meet all the deadlines but he and his team were a pleasure to work with. He was always on time and took away the stress and pressures because I could tell he had everything under control. The basement is now finished and it looks great. When Trevor first came to look at the basement he gave his honest opinion and recommended that we sister the ceiling joists before drywalling.
