I have now used Mike Pumpa and his team on about 6 different occasions. He did all the electrical for our basement renovation, run diagnostics and repaired faulty wiring, upgrading our lighting to LED and installed under cabinet lights is both our main home and our rental property. He is always exceedingly prompt courteous and service-minded. His prices have always struck me as fair and reasonable, and follow-up visits were included in the original pricing. Above all he strikes me as honest and willing to find the most cost effective solution. I've never felt like he was trying to take advantage. Overall, I highly recommend Mike Pumpa for anything electrical or lighting related.

We have now used Mike's services twice for waterproofing. The first was on an emergency basis when we were flooded with 4 inches of water in our basement. The second time was when we started to notice a bit of dampness in our basement. In both cases Mike provided a quote that beat the other bids we received. More importantly he consistently did what he said he would and by the time he said he would. His crews were service minded and professional. The job site was always tidy and the work proceeded without delay. Also, Mike is just a nice humble guy who's easy to deal with. He inspires trust which is super important for me.
