When we have decided to finally replace that antique clay sewer drain in our older house we knew exactly who we need to contact - Tornado Plumbing. We had a few plumbing projects completed by them in a past and were very satisfied with their price and a highest level of services. We contacted Serhiy and he responded promptly and arrived the next day for the estimate and provided a very detailed explanation of what needs to be done. The next day the job started and it took a few days to get completed. The project consisted of replacing the sewer drain and installing a back water valve. Everything was completed on time and both our front yard and a basement were left very clean. Upon completion of the job Serhyi came back and explained the service details for a new valve and also helped us to fill the paperwork for the city rebate. All in all the Tornado service was five stars out of five, we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire Serhiy and his team any time again.

We had a very positive experience with Tornado Plumbing today. We had an emergency with the drain pipe blockage in our old bungalow in North York. Sergey came the next morning and fixed the problem which appeared to be the tree roots growing into the old clay drainage pipe just outside of our house. He was very patient, polite and super skilled and it was a pleasure dealing with him while he explained the work he was performing in very professional manner and with positive attitude. The price was very reasonable too and the next possible steps have been outlined very clearly. I think we have found our plumbing company to deal with all our needs in a future and I would definitely recommend Tornado Plumbing for any plumbing projects.
