When i first contacted Purisoft I spoke with Mike and he was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our specific water issues and presented cost-effective solutions to address them. He made no attempt to up sell unnecessary equipment, in fact he told me I didn't need a more expensive unit when I requested it. I had several calls with Mike and asked many questions (he is a chemical engineer), all of which he patiently addressed. As part of my due diligence I requested quotes from a number of other companies and asked for a number of references, who all had similar positive experiences, as well as . I was shocked at the price difference. Purisoft was considerably lower - which isn't necessarily always a good thing. After inquiring with each company further, Purisoft (Mike) was the only one who was able to justify the cost and the value of their services. Installation was done quickly and without incident. A few days later, it was almost 9pm when I called Mike and asked him to come back to check on something - he was at my house in 30 minutes and addressed my concern right away. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Overall, Purisoft was helpful, honest, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Purisoft to anyone who needs a new softener or water treatment system. Thanks Mike!
