This summer we installed a new backyard patio and decided to complement it with an awning. We visited several awning retail vendors and decided to go with Sunguard awnings because of the salesman Cory. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his products.He explained how everything was installed and showed us the mounting hardware. He cleared up all the worries we had about it being mounted on our brick house. The installation team arrived on the day and time specified to do the installation. They were very professional. They installed the power cord for the motor exactly the way we wanted it so that it was hidden on the side of the house. They even suggested getting some paint for the cord to match it to the brick. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished and left the patio looking the same as when they arrived. Well done!

We were looking to have our stone patio replaced. We contacted Pro Concrete for a quote. Dennis arrived and gave us a quote. He made some suggestions which we agreed with. We decided on an exposed aggregate patio with a stamped concrete border. We were very impressed with Dennis and his knowledge of what we wanted and how how to improve the look of the installation. The installation crew arrived when they said they would. First they came and removed the old stone patio, taking care not to damage the stone walkway and the lawn. They then laid the forms and proceeded to grade the ground for the concrete. The day the concrete was poured a crew showed up with wheelbarrows to move the concrete. They laid down boards across the stone walk to prevent damage. The complete patio was poured in 2 hours. The next day the came back to take out the forms and cut the patio. The next day a crew came to install the stamped border. then we had to wait to have it sealed. All the Pro Concrete guys did a fantastic job from start to finish, with minimal disruption. We would definitely use this company again for any more concrete work we want done.

We were very impressed with Renewal by Anderson. Lisa Boyd, the sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions promptly. We were impressed with the amount of knowledge she had. The company went out of their way to help us when we wanted to change the size of one of the basement windows. They worked with the company enlarging the window opening in the basement wall so that when the opening was finished they were able to immediatly install the new window. The installers (Dany, Matt and Paul) arrived promptly on the date specified. They were fantastic. The installation went smoothly, they went out of their way to minimize the disruption of the install and cleaned up at the end of each day.At the end of the install everything looked great and the cleanup was perfect. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We were looking to get a leak in our basement repaired and have a window opening enlarged which required a window well installed. After contacting City Wide for a quote, we received a call from Casey to schedule an appointment. Casey arrived on time for the appointment. For the leak repair he checked inside and outside of our house thoroughly. After observing and assessing he explained to me about the problem and discussed all possible solutions to fix the it. He explained in detail the way they would fix the problem and why they would do it that way.. He provided a complete written estimate in detail with diagrams which no other company did. We had cement walkway in the area and he promised me that the area will be same as before after the work is completed. Once we decided to go ahead and confirmed with Casey, the worked started at the time mentioned in the written estimate. His team did fantastic work. The team was every punctual and professional towards their work. As promised my cement walkway was reinstalled and the yard was cleaned and back to its original look. On the window Casey explained how they would enlarge the opening. They would dig an opening for the window well; connect a drain pipe to the weeping tile and cut the required size hole in the wall. Then they would waterproof around the hole (sides and bottom). Since this is a window that would be used as an emergency exit Casey explained they would have to make a custom window well from 6x6 logs so it would be at the required size to be used as an exit. Again the written estimate was done in detail with diagrams. The workers arrived at the date and time specified and did a fantastic job(again). When finished they cleaned up the yard and put everything back the way it was before. They even bagged and hauled away the excess dirt from the window well! I am very pleased and satisfied with the projects completed. I definitely will recommend Casey, his team and City Wide Group Inc. the best company in the market for waterproofing and modification service.

Last year we decided to replace our furnace as it wasn't working great. The air conditioner was the same age as the furnace so we decided to go with a package deal. We decided on A1 not because of price but because of the professionalism of their rep and the options that were offered. Everything was fully costed with detailed explanations for all the work. The installers arrived promptly on the date and time we were quoted. The job was done quickly and efficiently. All work was neat and tidy and the installation area was cleaned up with nothing left for us to do.

This past summer we needed our driveway replaced. We also decided to have a concrete walk put in along the side of the house and a pad put in the backyard. I called Giglio and Sons for a quote. Joe came and looked at what we wanted done and gave me a fair price. Joe told me when they would start work. On the date given the trucks arrived early in the morning and the work was done promptly and meticulously. I loved the job they did and would recommend them to anyone.
