I called Dial One to inquire about expedited service as we had a new baby coming into the home within 48 hours. Dial One was able to provide next day service! Will came to the house and spent 2-3 hours cleaning my ducts and air vents. He was happy to walk me through the process and spent time explaining each step. Tough to really know how clean the ducts are but Will certainly spent the time and followed a similar process to other duct cleaners I have used in the past. Overall, very happy with the service.

After speaking with a couple different carpenters/contractors, we selected Moise because he had good ideas (including pictures), great reviews on homestars, and provided a clear quote and timeline. The work was done on schedule and the end result is exactly what we had asked for. I have found it tough to find good people who deliver on what they promise but Moise is the exception. The back office, Cara, also was very responsive and made scheduling and invoicing/payment a breeze.

Called Skylights Unlimited and they sent someone over to quote the job within a week. The professional knew exactly what needed to be done and provided me with a clear quote and timeline. The skylight was ready ahead of schedule and the installation was quick (half day). Although it is hard for me to inspect, the finished product looks good. They also provided pictures from the installation which provide some comfort. Overall, a very good experience that I would 100% recommend. I would have had them do all my windows if they did that, but instead they recommended someone else who so far provides a comparable level of service. Thanks, Simon

Hired A&A after a quote from Brad on an exterior waterproofing job that a previous contractor had left half way. The 100yr old walls needed some serious rebuilding / parging, new weeping tile, and a sump pump installed inside. Dominic led the work and did an excellent job. He took pride in his work and was happy to walk me through any critical decisions along the way. He was also very responsive to my requests and kept the job site very clean (critical as we share the driveway with me neighbour). Zero complaints and I actually believe A&A will stand by the work if I have any follow-up problems/issues. Tough to find guys like this in the city so hire them if you can.
