I have used Pre-Lock for 20 years for my monitoring at home, and most recently for installing a duress signal system at my office. I have always found Paul and his staff to be professional and reliable and a pleasure to conduct business.

Our house is 30 years old; the eavestrough was overflowing with water entering our garage; Pierce recommended we get the gutters cleaned-the crew came by and did an excellent job-the overflowing has stopped. Now the crew is returing to do some minor repairs-the cost of this project was alot cheaper than the quote I received from another company that wanted to replace the whole eavetrough. I would highly recommend this company.

Bill was forthright and a pleasure to deal with. His crew showed up on time and completed the job exactly as agreed. Bill was always easy to contact with any questions. His price was also very competitive. I would definitely use him again.

These clowns paved my driveway-two days later both sides of the driveway cracked along the edge-I called Carmelo atleast 7 times-each time his secretary promised he would return my call-never did; I finally reached him on his cell a couple of times-he promised to come by-never showed up. BBB discarded them due to numerous unresolved complaints. I had to use another paving company to fix their mess.

Part of out fence blew over due to a storm; most fence companies we contacted would only come by to install a whole new fence (a few thousand dollars). Jonny fixed our fence-he was dependable and did a great job-easy to work with and a fair price.

Steve arrived on time with his partner; he recommended the basic duct cleaning as our ducts were not too dirty; he explained in detail what he was doing and why; the price was very competitive; Paul arrived later the same day to replace my humidifier filter. Over-all a very professionally and client oriented business.

Adel cleaned our carpets and a few chairs in our home. We were very pleased with his work and he was very accomodating. We referred him to a neighbour and they thanks us as well. I would highly recommend him.
