I woke up Saturday morning to find that A LOT of water was pouring out of the indoor head unit of my ductless air conditioner. After phoning about 8 different companies who claimed to have 24/7 emergency service, none were willing/able to schedule an appointment on the weekend. I called Novel Care who had a service technician call me back immediately and schedule an appointment for later that afternoon. The technician showed up within the time they said they would and fixed the problem (clogged drain system). They explained the pricing structure when I originally called so their were no surprises. All-in-all a great experience.

After contacting 3 different lawn care companies I decided to go with Lawnsavers as they got back to me right away with a quote that turned out to be cheaper than the other companies (actually, 1 company never got back to me). I got the basic service and added on Grub treatment and aeration and overseeding. I'll be using them again this year.

I contacted Mark after our boiler was red tagged on a routine service from another company. He was quick to respond and his operations manager, Darryl, was a pleasure to deal with. Dan and Ian did an excellent job with the install of a new high efficiency boiler. They were on time, professional, very courteous, in and out in a day and left the area spotless. I will be using them for the annual maintenance going forward. Highly recommend.
