We began the process of purchasing a new home early this year after seeing an ad on ComFree. During initial visits the sales man told us the project would be done in September or October; he was also telling everybody else looking those dates. Upon final signing they tell you it will take 7 months from the start of construction, when I asked about this about a month after signing because it appeared to be taking some time to start construction the sales man gave me quite a bit of attitude and told us November wasn't out of the question. He also told my husband more recently we should be in the home by the end of November however he hasn't given us our 35 day notice so November is now out of the question and because we sold our current house we are going to be homeless come December! We've been given false information throughout the whole process from different people, they are very unapologetic and don't seem to want to get their sh*t together. They've got our money in their pocket and that is all they care about!
