My roof replacement came down to 2 companies and United won out. Key to my decision was the 10 yr workmanship warranty that Patrick provides on top of the manufacturers 20 yr warranty. The initial meeting with Patrick took place in the spring and he answered all of my questions regarding the various options for a flat roof. Patrick was very patient as I did not get the roof replaced until September. In fact, Patrick came back out to take another look at the roof and honored the original quote. The crew showed up on time, 7:00 am on a Thursday, and got to work immediately stripping off the old tar and gravel. They had the new roof installed in 2 days and were great to work with explaining the process to me as they were working. Reg came back on the Saturday to power wash the dirt off the house...a completely unexpected service! There was an issue with the dumpster and quite a pile of gravel was left on the driveway after the dumpster was removed. Patrick was very apologetic and had a couple of his guys show up Monday a.m. to clean it up. My only complaint is that I thought the crew could have done a better job cleaning up. I found numerous cigarette butts in the front and back yards as well as some scraps of roofing materials including rusty nails. Overall however, I would recommend Untied Roofing to anybody in need of a flat roof repair/replacement.
