The repair person was so quick and efficient. He had to visit twice, once to figure out the issue, the second to replace the broken parts. He called us before he arrived and so politely removed his shoes before entering our home. Thankful it was quick and that the repair was done professionally. Nusite group did a great job from start to finish! I have built many homes before and this was the first time using Nusite. And most definitely won't be the last. After calling the office, I quickly received a call from Jeff who is an estimator and project manager. He was young and very knowledged at everything. He was very good at explaining exactly what is involved in underpinning. Once the project had started, Ryan and his crew completed the work. Once again I was very impressed with how professional the whole crew was. Throughout the whole project, both Jeff and Ryan were very good at answering all my questions and just making me feel very comfortable with all of the work that was being done. I am very glad that I chose to use nusite and I would definitely use them again!
