This company has now taken me to collections for a service that I never signed up for. I asked them to send me all our recorded phone conversations as proof. After reviewing them I did not say anywhere on the calls that I wanted to start there service. One day I came home and there was a sign on my lawn showing that they came. I then received the bill for which I never signed up. I called the office and asked them to show my any kind of proof that I signed up and as stated before they sent me the phone calls which was the complete opposite. Therefore from a pure customer service perspective and business ethics I would never use this company. If you like their product go for it but hopefully you will never have to deal with the office.

Pricing was good not great however the service made up for it as they did what they said they would do and where there on time each day. Easy to work with once scheduled.

We purchased a hot tub from them about 3.5 years ago and have never had a good experiance since. No one ever picks up the phone in service and they don't call back ever on the same day. The owners are not accountable for their products as they try and get out of every situation so that they don't have to exercise an warranty. Hot Tubs would be considered a higher ticket item and therefore needs to have great customer service backing the product. Not impressed at all with this company and would not recommend to anyone.

Adam started and I thought finished the job however my dishwasher leaked all over the floor. I called him and he said he would come over right away. He had a personal matter to take care of which I can understand a delay in him coming back however I never heard from him again. When I tried to call his voicemail it was full so I figured it must be a serious personal matter. I tried him again and this time I could leave a voicemail which means he now was checking messages however I never heard from him. I tried to give him as much chance as possible to redeem himself however at this time I have no choice but to give a very poor review. He took my money and did a very bad job. Certainly I would not recommend Adam to anyone.

Before Larry I was forced to fire my contractor and electrician as they stopped showing up and I was left with holes in my walls. I found Larry on this site and what an amazing find. He and his helpers were very nice and give great ideas. There was on day he could not show up because his father was delayed at the airport so I was called with the update. Very good communcation and I highly recommend. These types of people are very hard to find.
