Great product overview provided by sales rep, Keith; installation by Jose, Efrain, and Jacob done in two days including the removal of all affected drywall, carpet and concrete. I was very concerned about what we would find "behind" the walls and underneath the carpet but it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. But I could not believe the water we found in the trench or in the sump pump hole the second morning. I would not go into our finished basement before this work was done and now I go down everyday - just to check things out. The system is working beautifully and even though I have to really be on top of the sump pump to hear it when it cycles on, I know it is doing it's job. I just feel so much better knowing we've solved my basement leak problem. We needed Fitz to come back the day after the installation to replace a faulty indicator light (saying the battery was not working). That work was done quickly and it gave me a chance to make sure I had remembered all the information Jose had given me the previous day on the complete workings of the system. Thank you so much to everyone at Clarke for all the hard work, for doing the little extras and mostly for easing my mind. It was money well spent.

The service provided to us by Cosmopolitan was very good. We called to have our air conditioner installed, and had someone in to provide the estimate the same day, with the installation taking place the next afternoon. The guy who did the estimate was very professional and helpful. In addition, the gentleman who performed the installation worked well with the other contractors we had on site working on our home. Everything when very smoothly.

Last year, Brock replaced all our windows and did an excellent job. When it came time to replace our patio doors, I didn't bother getting any quotes - I went straight to Brock. They did not disappoint. Brian helped us determine the best possible type of door taking into consideration our two big dogs. We also had a bit of a tight timeline (we had exactly 10 weeks before our post eco-energy audit needed to be completed) and Brian was able to assure us he would get it done in that time. I specifically requested the same installer who did our windows (Amery) because I was so impressed with his crew's work on our windows. I was super elated when the doors arrived well within the time frame quoted and I must say they look great. What a difference to the back of our home. In addition, Amery went above and beyond by fixing some caulking on our front window (that I would never have noticed myself). Amery's crew works quickly and are very professional. I always ask a lot of questions and Amery always answers them. They do a great job of clean up after. You would hardly know they had been there. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Was very pleased with Brian, the sales rep, who provided excellent advice in terms of window style and colour - we went with their new sable colour. The installation team, led by Amery, were very professional and answered any questions I had including paint and caulking colour for the trim and potential rot from our old leaking windows (we had none). They arrived early and worked hard both days. They left the house both inside and out as clean as possible given the mess associated with a brick-to-brick window install. I love the oversized trim (which is standard at Brock; I love the look of the windows from the inside of the house and I am superbly happy with the colour and look of the windows from the outside of the house. When we can afford to replace our doors, I won't be shopping around - I'll be going straight to Brock.
