I called this company after reading the reviews here. The technician called ahead and then came at the time he said he would. He fixed the problem quickly, and then made sure everything else was the way it should be (he had to release the spring a little because it was too tight). The price was about the same as other companies were charging. Door is now working well and the work didn't take very long at all. They got a star reduced because he did not have a credit card machine with him and had to write down my CC number (not the most secure way to take payment).

We have 3 portable visa machines in circulation and from time to time we have an issue with one and it is out of service for that day. After your comments I will look into getting more portable units as I do agree it gives an extra level of security. Thanks for the great feedback and I will look into this right away.
