Allure Window Decor was amazing to work with. This included the phone conversation with Ryan, to the awesome decor consultation with Sal and finally to the meticulous installation done by Giorgio. The quality of the blinds and installation was perfect. Giorgio was extremely neat and tidy. Everyone I dealt with was professional, punctual, kind, courtesy (even called before they arrived) and had such a high level of respect for us as their customers and our home. In 2014, we called Accuserv for a maintenance request on one of our fireplaces. The service in all aspects was amazing! This year, when our second one required service, we didn't hesitate to call them again. Right from the start, Accuserv was amazing. Hats off to Vanessa, the administrative staff who is polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The tech. Rahul, was also fantastic. He explained everything, offered suggestions and answered questions. What I really appreciated, was their level of customer service and transparency. Before I knew about Accuserv, I had an annual inspection performed on my furnace. I can tell you that it was a difference. The tech was not a conversationalist and spoke minimally. When I was curious and tried to take a look, I felt as if I was an intruder. So, I quietly left. This is not how the homeowner and customer should feel. Accuserv wants you there so that they can educate you and answer any questions. Will most definitely recommend them to all and will call them in the future.
