washing machine/dishwasher repair
Excellent, very professional service at a very reasonable rate! I called Rick to help fix our 20-yr. old Maytag washer that had started to leak. After giving his honest assessment and sparing us of any unnecessary cost, we agreed that it was time to replace it. Meanwhile, we also asked him if he could fix our much newer but less dependable Samsung dishwasher which wasn’t draining properly. After replacing a defective hose, Rick also took the initiative to open and inspect the drum assembly as he didn’t like the sound (or noise) it was making. Satisfied that there was nothing wrong, he put it back and assured us that there was nothing to worry about. He did not charge us extra for it. We appreciated the gesture and we were convinced that he truly meant well and that he wanted to do a thorough service of our dishwasher. He also cleaned up after his work was done. We will DEFINITELY recommend Rick Saran to our friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Great guy, great service! Thanks a lot, Rick.
