I have recently moved into an older home in North York, and wanted to deal with the damp feeling in the basement, as we are looking to rent it out. Ryan from Nusite recognized that in order to completley solve the issue, I would need dig around my house and do some concrete foundation repairs and waterproofing. He also took the time to explain to me the full extent of the issue, and the possible solutions so that I felt comfortable with the decision. As I am looking to rent out the basement, I wanted to make sure the issue would be successfully taken care of. I was very happy with Nusite, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professional work.

Since the completion of the waterproofing, I've had no issues with moisture in my basement.
