My furniture was back ordered for months and when it finally arrived was defective. The staff would not return my phone calls and when I phoned and got them they always said they would call back and didn't. Their service does not exist and the staff are arrogrant. I wish I had gone to Better Business Bureau to deal with them as I never did get the matter resolved to my satisfaction even 1 year later.
