I was calling around for estimates for gutter cleaning. The majority of the companies were not available for approximately 2 weeks and wow do the other companies charge alot!! This company as luck had it just by fluke had a cancellation in my neighborhood so I was in luck! This I guess was on their way home and they were able to clean the top gutters for me and also remove some gunk from a downspout for me on short notice. Patrick was great to speak with via phone and Chris was super fantastic. He did a wonderful job with the gutters. The summer is definitely a super busy season for every company I know but I am so thankful I found this company. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I called him for an issue with a toilet after calling a few plumbers. I read his reviews on Homestars. I am glad I used this site! He came from Vancouver to Surrey just to do this job. Not everyone from Coquitlam services Surrey. He ended up fixing two toilets with some parts. He also checked a third toilet and provided me additional details on it needing a future replacement, maybe a year or so down the road. He was so gracious, trustworthy and super proper!!! I would recommend him for anyone else that wishes to book him for plumbing services. I will be booking him in future.

Honest, genuine and definitely recommended! I had a fireplace that was misdiagnosed by a totally different company that overcharged me like crazy. Took TWO days and they STILL didn't fix it! Now I am trying to get a refund. I called Gasland and Klayne was able to come in the next day! Great timing. Klayne was able to fix AND diagnose in under 1 hour! Klayne was very knowledgeable and super fast! He was honest and straightforward and provided a detailed breakdown of prices he charges along with what was done. I wished I called Gasland first!! I highly recommend them to everyone!
