I thought Executive Touch Painters was a bit over-priced. I didn't like the fact that after the job had started he started talking about doing an extra coat of paint which would cost more money. I just didn't think I got the best value for the money. I knew how much it was going to cost me but I expected that I would get a better service for the extra money -- that just wasn't the case.

Hello Tom Stack. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for posting a review on Homestars.com. It’s been over two years since the completion of your exterior & interior projects, on two separate occasions.
I'm very sorry to hear that you had other thoughts about the services we provided you with.
Let's start from the beginning. You were referred to us by your interior designer Janice Moss ( A TOUCH OF DESIGN ). We first met and spoke about your exterior painting/staining project.
We spoke about the exterior needing some tender loving care, and you felt we were the right company for the job. You mentioned being very picky with work done on the house. My answer was ‘we love clients like yourself’. We started the exterior in August/September of 2007. We completed the exterior, with a great response from you and your wife. The cost of the exterior was $10,000.00.
Soon after the project was completed, you asked us to paint the interior of your residence. I remember the conversation clearly. ‘I was very impressed with the exterior of the house, it is a little more then I would like to spend but you get what you pay for.’ Painting of interior main floor was $15,000.00. We completed the work with no issues. You paid in full on both occasions.
Also, our detailed proposal/agreement, signed by you Tom, stated that if we needed more then two coats of paint an additional charge would be applied.
You’re a well to do business man Tom, you know what it's like when you price a job. You know about more work to complete a task, with more materials and labour. This happens, but we were clear about this in our proposal to you.
I am deeply sorry you feel this way about our company. As you can see from our raving reviews, quite a few reviews state that we are well worth the money. I'm sorry you don't think so.
