Silverback re-ran my thermostat wire. I requested to supply the wire because I was going to the store and knew exactly what I needed, and they were accommodating. The electrician was friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Absolutely no complaints here!

Daryl and Carlos were professional and great to deal with for our kitchen renovation. Most importantly they were able to stick to a strict deadline we had, with a baby on the way. The only downside was that we went over-budget and had to make some cost-cutting decisions. Every step of the way we were able to talk through our questions and concerns. In the end, we got the much-needed peace of mind from having professionals manage our whole renovation process. And of course, we are VERY happy with the final product.

Robert was friendly, professional, and fast. Thanks to him we now have our dryer back! I didn't think we needed cleaning because our strata-contracted cleaner had done the work 3 months earlier and when that didn't solve our issues we 'almost' made the mistake of buying a new dryer. After the cleaning was done, Robert explained what went wrong with the previous cleaner and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I will definitely be recommending Freeflo to anyone who needs vent cleaning services.

I chose this company because of the reviews here and I'm glad I did. John gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to that price, despite running into a few bumps along the way. It was supposed to be a routine dishwasher installation but I learned the hard way that my kitchen has a few hidden gems that have slowed me down on past projects. He was very professional and explained where he was having problems when he encountered them I'm sure this whole thing took a bit longer than he expected but he still stuck to his original quote. I will be recommending John to any friends and family in the area who need help.
