I became a Dr. HVAC customer back in Oct 2021 when I bought a Trane furnace from them. The quality of their work has been appreciated by competitor technicians and my friends who've seen the finishing and attention to detail. Recently, their crew dropped by to do a complementary annual check-up of my air-conditioner and I was quite impressed by the friendly manner and good advice of Mike and Parminder. I will be happy to use Dr. HVAC again in future.

The upper oven door of my nearly 10 year old Maytag Gemini electric stove got locked with an error code F-9-2. I could not open it myself despite disconnecting power and restarting. So I made the call to Roy who was able to come in the evening (my preferred hour) on short notice. Roy was able to fix the issue quickly and provided suggestions to avoid this issue in future. I was surprised to receive a followup call after a week asking if every thing was working alright. Not many trades people check back to see if their customers are satisfied.

I ordered several IKEA furniture items online and was trying to find out how to get them assembled efficiently as I had previously struggled with DIY furniture items from Walmart and IKEA. I found out about Ikeaman from google search and helpful reviews gave me the confidence to place an order with them for assembly service. I am very satisfied with the whole service delivery process. I had several items which included 6-drawer chest, computer desk, extendable kids bed, King bed with 4 storage boxes and coffee table etc. Price quotation was hassle free and I was quoted a very reasonable price. Michael, the assembly person, came on time on the scheduled date and went about doing the job. I was skeptical to see how a single person will do the whole assembly as I had previously seen assembly being done in teams of two or three. Nevertheless, everything was done very efficiently. Michael handled all the items perfectly with no damage at all to the furniture or the flooring. The job took nearly five hours. Michael cleaned up after the job, packed away the cardboards/trimmings for easy disposal and vacuumed the floors. I was impressed by his professional attitude and courteous behaviour. I will use Ikeaman again whenever I need to do some complex furniture assembly and will definitely recommend them to my friends.
