Our frig broke down on June 6th. I put a notice on HomeStars and ApplianceFix responded that evening. Their technician came by the next afternoon. He was only in the home for approximately 10 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a broken starter. Once replaced he left for the day. Exactly ONE WEEK later the frig broke down again on Thursday, June 13th, 2018. I called the company many times over the next two days; some of my calls were blocked or sent back a message "I cannot talk to you at this time". The owner promised to have a technician come by on the Saturday but no one arrived. On Tuesday June 19th the technician arrived and diagnosed a blown main control board. Replacement would cost $425 plus labour. The starter did not have a problem. I lost the value of all my food plus I had to buy a new refrigerator.

Our home was built in 1986. We had six windows and a sliding patio door replaced. The service was when scheduled and was promptly done on the day of service. The two workman listened to my Min Pin bark for six hours and never complained. Thanks!
