I had a wonderful experience with Craig Newhouse from Four Season Comfort. I encountered a problem with my high velocity furnace. I contacted Craig and he was able to confirm that my troubleshooting was correct; the circuit board had failed. I needed a replacement part and Craig was able to source one for me the SAME DAY. The pricing was quite reasonable. Craig is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge in his field. He is easy to speak to, very courteous and responds promptly to all inquiries. I will definitely contact Four Season Comfort if I need any heating & cooling work done in the future.
