It was done fast and in a professional manner. In the end they explained about the shutters usage. Mark and his team had installed the shutters five years back as well at my home and my neighbour. Still going great.

Mike and Kyle from Diamond Duct did a great job in cleaning the ducts. They showed the dirt inside the vents before cleaning and took enough time to explain the complete process. The job was not done hurriedly but in a very professional and so much pleasant manner. Took time to close the holes in the vent pipes that were actually done by earlier company. I would highly recommend the company and would call them again for next scheduled cleanup.

Enricho and Kevin were very prompt in installing the wiring and the job was very quick and neat with no issues so far since the job was done about 3 months ago.

It was a great service on time and quality product. I am very much pleased with the consultation provided on initial appointment with demo of different types of shutters. Before the appointment, Mark called in advance and was right on time the day of installation. He even let go of the additional charges that was incurred towards re-adjustment of shutters due to new window installation whose measurement got changed by the company that installed it and made me his kind favor by installing the shutter himself in order to avoid extra cost to me.
