Service was very good. Our Sales guy, Brandie, came to my house and answered all my questions honestly. No pressure and no deposit was needed. Brandie was able to work around my schedule to book the installation. Very happy with the whole process. Nolan and Kris did the install. They came on time, worked fast, left no garbage. Caulking outside was clean. All cables and pipes are neatly installed. They also helped us test the system and explained how everything worked and how to balance the fair flow in yhe house and direct cold air to the rooms that get most hot. Lennox XC14 is a nice ac unit. It's very quiet compared to other units. Price was competitive in our area, and good value for the equipment and service we got.

I hired a Highland's medium truck with a crew of two. Their crew arrived on time, and there was four guys instead of two and a large truck. This was a very nice free upgrade! We also rented a UHaul and worked alongside Highland's crew to move all our stuff from north side of Edmonton to south side. Together we moved 95% of our stuff in 4hrs! These guys were very good at moving the big dressers in znd out of tight areas. Happy to say that walls did not get damaged in the process. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and got the job done. Overall nothing was damaged. We were very happy with the way these guys worked and feels that the money we paid for this service was well spent and good velue.

I had a large bay window replaced in early Nov by Ecoline Windows. About a $4500 project. The installers did a great job from start to finish. The old bay window was removed and all rotten framing replaced and rebuilt. The new window was installed the next day. New siding, trim, flashing, sofits, had to be installed around the new window. This was done perfectly. Installation quality and attention to detail was remarkable. The whole project took just under two days as expected. All garbage was removed and house left clean. Their office also followed up with me a day or so later to see if everything was good with the installation. Overall i am very satisfied and will be replacing other windows with this contractor in the future. (I have another bay window rotting away.) Would recommended these guys to others without any hesitation!
