These guys were recommended to me by my HVAC contractor. They called me on the Firday they were due to work at my place to say they were too busy and would start the following week. The guy showed up a week later, on Friday and did 3 hours work before leaving "for an emergency". A week later, the following Friday, they finally called me back to tell me they would call me in another week to reschedule finishing the work. They never called. Over a month after they were suppsoed to have started they finally called me to finish the work...by which point I'd obviusly hired someone else. Ridiculous.

Daniel was recommended to me by structural engineers. He spent a lot of time with me prior to being hired and came on-site several times and spent a couple of hours on the phone with me answering all my questions. I knew before I hired him that he would be great and I was right. I had to have my entire foundation replaced as well as lowering from 6' to 8'3''. They also installed a new steel beam and steel supports. I also had in-floor heating roughed-in, insulation, waterproofing, backflow valve, and sump pit installed. The whole job ran smoothly and on schedule with Daniel always open and communicative along the way. I was very impressed with how they handled a few miscommunications (an incorrectly sized window and doorway) which cropped up and as soon as I noticed these things they were immediately fixed without question. I was always listened to and any concern I raised was explained to me and resolved. Having your home underpinned is a loud, dusty, and pretty unpleasant experience but the Underpinners Inc. are truly excellent at what they do. They are a really great, trustworthy company. You'll be in safe hands.

Both pillars on my front porch needed replacing as they had been built incorrectly and without adequate footings. STM had been recommended to me by several people and their quote was very competitive. The communication was excellent in the build up and they explained all the work to be done. The work was completed in 3 days and the the guys who did the work were very professional, hard working and left the site clean and tidy each day. The job came in on budget and completed pillars looks absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend these guys enough; they are excellent.

Warren was fantastic. He got in touch me with quickly and then explained the entire process thoroughly so I knew exactly what to expect and he offered a very competitive quote. He was on site the very same day that I decided to go with him. His work was excellent and the clean up afterwards was exceptional; it was cleaner than when he arrived! I hope I never have to deal with asbestos again but if I do there is no question I would use Warren again.

These are seriously the best guys to have worked on my house. The team were so friendly and listened to every I wanted and executed it as agreed. They kept on checking with me whenever a big decision had to be made and when them were done they tidied up immaculately. They were so professional, so good, I'd give these guys 20 stars if I could I'm that happy with their job.

I contacted Max because he was rated so highly on this site and having used him I know why. He was great. Max moved and installed a new water heater a he did a great job. Communication was very good and the job was done on schedule and on budget despite being quite tricky. They were professional on site and answered all my questions and were very accommodating. Afterwards they cleaned up perfectly. I will definitely use Max again for all my heating needs!
