I have a very tall roof that is hard to get at, and I wanted to do routine maintenance to make sure it was sound. Mr Roof Repair came, took pictures of the roof and gave me suggestions as to what was needed to fix and what could wait. Best of all, the assessment fee is refundable against the cost of repairs. Easy to deal with and good communication.
