We are so lucky and fortunate that we met Ayrat and that he was able to fit our project in with his busy schedule. He has great attention to detail, amazing ideas and his work is impeccable. Our project consisted of a pool(15 x30), interlock, glass pool fence, landscaping and gas fire pit. From the beginning and even after our project was complete, he always answered our questions right away. His team is extremely hard working… they didn’t even stop to eat lunch the whole time they worked on our project . When the diggers were driving on our driveway to excavate, he even protected our new driveway with a special ramp. Ayrat helped us along the way with picking out stones, liners etc etc. One thing that stuck out was that a couple months before our project was set to start.. as many of you may know, there was a world wide pool equipment shortage. He ordered ours 8 months in advance however, even ordering that far in advance there was still issues. The supplier he ordered from couldn’t get out pool heater in time so Ayrat called around and there was none in Ontario, so he found one in Montreal and drive there right away to pick it up so that our project wouldn’t be delayed. We have very grateful and appreciative to have met Ayrat, his brother Rustam and the rest of his team. Not only are they great builders but they are very nice and caring people. After the project was complete.. our pool overflowed ( big rain storm) and my husband was traveling at the time and I didn’t know what to do, so I called Ayrat asking him how I should drain it and he said he would come that day to help me. And he did!( one thing to note is that he lives over an hour away with no traffic) Thank you so much for everything! We love the pool! The kids love the pool! Trustworthy is the first word that comes to mind when someone asks me how this company is. Mark, the owner, has turned our dated house into our dream home. His ideas are brilliant and well thought out. With Mark’s vision, he made our small house functional with a well-executed plan which saved us $$$$ from hiring a designer. He turned our dated kitchen into a beautiful open concept kitchen that rivals any featured in House and Home magazines, increased the size our of basement bathroom by turning it into a luxurious spa retreat. Our main bathroom was small, however, Mark figured a way to work with the space given and designed it in a way where it did not feel cramped and resulted in an opulent space. Mark went above and beyond to help us with decisions and picking materials. The projects were all completed on time and within budget. His team, which mainly consists of Andrei and Stephan, are extremely professional, talented and hard working. They both are very kind and go above and beyond to help us in any way. Mark and his team have a very strong work ethic which shows in the results. Every trade(s) person that Mark brought in are very professional. If you decide to renovate your kitchen, I highly recommend using Tamas for the cabinets. Towards the end our second bathroom renovation, I gave birth to our first child. When we came home from the hospital with our newborn, they cleaned the whole house to ensure we were comfortable. This was an extremely kind gesture that meant a lot to us. I highly recommend hiring Mark’s General Renovations as he is reliable, honest and cares about his clients. I could not have imagined using any other company.
