Michael was excellent at searching every nook and cranny within the condo. He made sure every appliance was working as expected and all the electricals were functioning to standards. He mentioned all the issues that required attention regardless of how small it was. Very thorough in his explanation and which required immediate attention. I would definitely recommend Michael as an inspector

Diya and his co worker were very friendly and honest. He explained how poorly the previous company cleaned the ducts and explained in detail how they clean it and why. He took pictures and showed me all areas of the ducts and recommended what was needed to be done. No pressure. We will hire them again and recommend them to family and friends.
