Vlad responded to a late night call and was at my house the next morning. We recently purchased a Victorian home from the late 1800's and on feedback from the inspector, needed to replace the galvanized steel pipe that connected to the city water line. Vlad arrived early, marked the lines of where the work would be done and as promised finished the job on time and within his original quote. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and fair.
