Finan responded to my emergency request for replacement of the service stack with a professional response. Timely, courteous and clear communications at the front end, followed up by professional installation on an emergency basis. The electrical technician Mike Kropf was excellent in all aspects of the job. Highly professional in how he handled every component of the task while being amiable to questions through out the job. The biggest surprise was that there were no surprises from beginning to end. I can't recommend Finan strongly enough based on this experience.
