I had a new roof installed by Prime Roofing. I am very happy with the finished product, the new roof looks amazing! Matthew met with me on many occasions to discuss everything. When they felt that I needed more materials, nothing was done without going over it with me first. I was not over priced for anything other than what I approved. I would definitely recommend Prime Roofing to family and friends.
After changing two contractors for my laminate installation, I found Kozy Feet Flooring & Carpentry. Brian the owner was always on time and very responsive to phone calls and texts from the day he picked up the laminate at the shop to the day he finished the job. The execution was quite fast as well given he was working on his own most of the time, it was 6 days for 650sq.ft for removing and disposing of old carpet, installing laminate and uderlay, baseboard removal/re-installation/ touch-ups and transition pieces. I trust Brian and his company and highly recommends them.
Complete Hot and Cold Water Replacement
These guys just did a complete change out of all water lines in my 2 story walkout. I got rid of all of the Grey Poly B junk and installed new Pex lines. I asked a lot of questions of a lot of plumbers and chose this company. On a job of this size I was worried about the job dragging on but they did everything on schedule and did everything they said they would do even re-plumbing for a future water softener with dedicated hard water to hose bibs and kitchen faucet at no extra charge. I had a few follow up items and they were there the next day. I expect a lot and Phil, Mike, Al, and Josh really impressed me with their competence and professionalism.
When I stumbled across KCO while surfing the net I did not realise that I had found a real professional. We had contacted several people about my needs but only KCO bothered to call back. It was clear from the start that Kerry was committed to doing a good job that he could be proud of and not just turning up for the paycheck at the end. We are extremely pleased with our new deck and will definitely be using this company for other work in the future.
