Repair man, Tony, evaluated the problem, contacted the manufacturer, and resolved the issue which was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I was impressed with Elite Appliance's prompt, professional and efficient service. Would highly recommend this company for your appliance repairs.

I was interested in replacing my old central vacuum with perhaps a Cana-Vac unit which has excellent reviews and is also Canadian made. However, since I was unfamiliar with this brand, I went to two vacuum stores to inquire about more familiar brands. I was disappointed with the lack of information that was provided. I then went to City Vacuum which is the closest store to me that sells Cana-Vac. I was very impressed with the service provided by the knowledgeable and friendly owner who answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My new central vac was even installed on the same day. I am very pleased with my new unit and accessory kit. It was a pleasure dealing with City Vacuum and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As part of a kitchen update, it was necessary to shorten one kitchen cabinet door. The cabinet door has a decorative wrought iron glass insert which I wanted to re-use in order for it to match my other kitchen glass cabinet doors. I called Jane at Ely's Glass head office in Scarborough to ask if this would be possible. After several emails with photos, measurements and dropping off my old and new cabinet doors, I was given a quote and confirmation that indeed my old glass insert could be re-used in my new cabinet door. It was closer to drop off my doors at the Avenue Rd. store than the Morningside head office location. The workmanship on the final product was excellent and matches the rest of my cabinets with glass inserts perfectly. Ely's Glass also custom made two bathroom mirrors for me a few years ago which turned out beautifully. Would not hesitate recommending Ely's Glass or using them again.

So pleased with City Roofing which reshingled our last house that we called on them again when our current house had a leaky roof.
