My husband and I bought a house built in 1928 that was last renovated in the 70s. We needed to do major renovations to the main floor as well as replace the old knob-and-tube wiring. Charlie and his team came to our rescue! They ripped out the original floors and kitchen and replaced the tiles and wall-to-wall carpets with gleaming hardwood. They supervised the massive drywalling work that was done to patch up the holes which resulted from replacing all the wiring in the house. We were very happy with the high level of communication between Charlie and ourselves. He was very open to our ideas/suggestions, and numerous changes along the way. In addition to the major renovations we required, Charlie was also very helpful in fixing small things around the house, like a light in the shower and installing new baseboards (and dyeing them all to our specifications!).
