Darren has done two projects for us – a backyard landscaping, and the front walkway to our house. He listened to our ideas, came up with some great ideas of his own, and talked us through the plan. In both cases, he was flexible, and managed to get everything done on time and at a reasonable price. The walkway project was started just before the winter, and despite a tight deadline, he and his crew managed to finish the job in time. He’s professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

After some initial confusion with Reliance over scheduling our appointment, we had very good customer service over the phone. Our installer Paul F. (RCH 0498) was quick, professional, and was a good troubleshooter. We are a new customer so this was a good first experience.
