Our title insurance sent Bachly's over because of an open permit issued by the city prior to our purchase of the home. The permit was with regard to some rails we had. They Bachly's redid the rail for us however the city later requested to have another inspection which required access into our house and gave us a short deadline. Mat was our coordinator and he went above and beyond to help with the project. He took the initiative to contact the city and tried to arrange same day inspection while his carpenters were there to save us time. At the same time, he came back a second time to ensure the hole that were made were sealed so that nothing came out of it. Due to personal concerns, I requested to have low VOC paint and they were able to accommodate the request with very short notice. Another thing is Mat replied to text messages very promptly even at non-office hours. He really tries to take the extra step to help clients! I appreciate the service from Bachly and the team. All the technicians were very professional and polite.

Andrew came to give us an estimate and notified us that the tree has Emerald Ash Borer and should be removed. We obtained a permit from the city and the team came a few weeks after to help us with the removal. Communication was via email and Andrew followed up with us and replied promptly to all our questions. The team came on time and the job took about 5 hours to complete. They cleared up all the branches and wood chips from the work, even the ones on the neighbours' cars. The job was well done and the price was reasonable. Andrew also gave honest suggestions for our other tree in our front yard.
