I've done a lot of renos & design projects, but I've never encountered retailers or trades that made me feel more like family than a customer. I chose a new-ish product that does not yet have a lot of presence in the market. Choosing from a 20x20 sample, I did not get quite what I expected. Josie stuck her neck on the line and mediated with the distributer to rectify the entire situation. She put her own business on the line to make sure I was happy with my selection. Her, Al and all the others in the shop were friendly, jovial and extremely helpful from the first day I walked in with twin toddlers running amok, to the last time I went in on crutches! There is noone better to deal with about such a major decision for the home.
