An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This is our first full year working with Dan and Natural Elements Landscaping. We could not be happier. The lawn and gardens are in the best shape since we’ve lived in this house ( almost 30 years). Initially, we saw Dan’s work in the neighbourhood and used him during some extended trips. We were so impressed with his work, follow through and integrity that we contracted him for the 2014 season. We have used other Oakville landscaping firms in the past but with Dan there is a commitment, service and communication that highlights his " hands on " owner/operator approach.
