I had great experience on working with Jason at A Better Way Pluming Ltd. My rental townhouse had hot water tank outage. I panic. I emailed A Better Way Pluming Ltd at 8pm and stated the urgency. I thought I might have to wait till next day to make an appointment. Surprisingly Jason called me right away. He asked a few questions about the issue and made scheduled himself to come over to site on next day. I felt so relieved that the issue was going to be taken care of by a professional. Next day Jason arrived at my rental home on time although he didn’t feel well. He and his technicians carefully diagnosed the issue and decided to install a new hot water tank because the old one was beyond of repair. Two hours later, a new tank was installed perfectly and the old one was hauled away. The site was cleaned up well. My tenant was happy. I was so impressed by Jason and his team’s professionalism. No wonder A Better Way Pluming Ltd got 10/10 customer review. I was very happy about his quick response and quick action toward my urgent request. We will definitely use A Better Way Plumbing Ltd. This is my first time to work with Designing Spacez to stage one of my rental properties. Jackie and Janet did a great job. I was amazed by the result. They are both professional and hard working. Jackie and I had smooth and effective communication. Jackie was punctual also. She even brought idea to help me save on money. The estimate was reasonable. That was great pleasure of having Johnson Probe inspect my newly purchased home. Clyde was very a professional and hard working person. I had Clyde inspect my first home in November 2014. I was impressed by Clyde's services. In this August, after the second home was purchased, I decided to have Clyde again to inspect the property. Clyde's service and advice was very valuable and helpful to me. Clyde was friendly, punctual, easy-going and dedicated. The inspection report was very detailed. Clyde did a Great job. I would like to heartily recommend Liberty’s 6-star customer service and the wonderful product! Since I am away from home a lot, I planned to have outdoor security system installed so I could monitor my home via my smart phone wherever I was. I did research on Internet and found 10/10 customer reviews on Liberty Security System. Liberty's customer service was exceptional right from the initial "request for quote" call through to the installation. Cole was communicative, honest, professional and responsible. He paid visits at my home a few times to check out the house and discussed the camera installation strategy and ensured the best way to install the cameras. Duo to my ‘wacky’ working schedule, I was not always in Calgary. Cole worked with my schedule and even came to meet me and my boyfriend by taking his personal time. He proposed the product and way of installation had the best result with the least expensive cost. Josh, the technician was awesome. He was punctual, professional, quick-working and patient. Josh did a perfect job on installing our cameras. He left the work site clean and organized. He set up the application my on both my laptop and mobile device and ensured everything worked well. I am glad that I made a right decision of choosing Liberty. My family appreciated Liberty’s quality products and customer service.
