Paul and his team were helpful, informative and got the job done! My dryer had stopped Drying, in fact it was making the clothes more wet. Once the appliance repair guy confirmed that my dryer was in good working order he inspected the ceiling dryer vent to discover a tremendous lint build up. Serious fire hazard! It required a professional company to clean out. Paul and team did such an amazing job, that the ducts actually look brand new. Highly recommend. I'm sending the before and after pictures to my friends and family. it's something people overlook . PS I took those pictures.

I have called Atiar for other appliance repairs, and as before he is reliable, honest, and gets the job done. Whatever he has repaired has remained in great working order. This time my dryer was not drying the clothes, in fact it was making them more wet. After inspecting that all the parts of my dryer was working Atiar identified that the filter in the ceiling ducts of my condo, was so full of lint,that the condensation was making the clothes more wet. It is also a tremendous fire hazard. Once all the lint was removed the dryer worked properly. I recommend him highly .

I like to wait a bit after service as that's when you can tell if all is working smoothly...and it is. Right from the quote that was honoured, to the quick scheduling, to the customer service that was over and above expectation, the guys from Leaside were excellent! , as was the work they did! 2nd year using Maple, from the owner, office staff to the guys Jeff and Matt who came to do the work I was extremely pleased. They came when promised and not only cleaned the eaves but lmk if they saw any problem areas. Highly recommend.

Eric arrived on the scheduled day and time. He was pleasant professional, informative, helpful and efficient. He not only cleaned the eaves but he made corrections to the areas where the water was pooling. All office people I spoke with were also pleasant and helpful.. I would strongly recommend Maple Window and Eaves, they are more than competitive in pricing.AND they do great work!
