DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, WILL SAY WHATEVER TO SELL YOU SOMETHING! We bought a sectional that was a couple of inches larger than the couch I had already, we were worried about the fit (we knew it was tight) and after describing to the salesman everything he reassured us that no one has ever returned that couch because it wasn't able to get in to a house. The only reason I went ahead was because i could get a refund if it didn't and he seemed confident it would fit after I described the measurements and entry way. My father was home and I had to pick up my husband, I was gone for about 15 minutes, and they had arrived, unloaded, tried to get the one piece in, loaded the truck back up and left all while I was gone in that time (found it hard to believe they were so fast!). Didn't suggest to go through another door or entry. Don't even know if they even tried to maneuver around the corner as they gave up so fast! Anyways, I called right after and they said they would call me for a refund once it reaches the warehouse, they never called me back, so 2 days later I called and they said I had to come in. The lady on the phone in the store told me they would refund me the delivery charge because they usually do (what's $100 to them anyways) well they said they never refund that!! Why would she say that then (my mistake I didn't get her name), obviously they have before and do it often. The guy was rude, didn't care about any kind of customer service (this is after they had to call the manager 4 times to come to do a refund and the store was dead). I told them they should inform there employees on their policies and not say something different to customers and not just try to make a sale! Also, don't buy the warranty, they tried to sell me on it, I said no, the lady automatically said what if I give it to you half price... obviously the warranty isn't worth it and is just to get extra money! Please don't shop there, let's give our money to people that actually do decent and honest business not to people who are just out to make a dollar the sleezy way!
