We had an ongoing leak in a flat roof which 4 roofing companies and a chimney expert could not source. Water was going down interior walls from the top of the house to the basement, damaging walls, shorting out electrical wiring, ruining paintings on walls, etc. Oleg from Best Flat Roof identified the source within minutes and Best Flat Roof replaced it immediately. Even though 3 of the other four flat roofs on our house had been replaced in 2001, there was evidence of rippling and moisture seeping underneath the surface after only a couple of years.
