Charles and his guys came around right on time. They went up on the 3rd story roof and found some spots that needed caulking (A piece of flashing had lifted {I already knew this because I had leaks in my porch} and there was a hole where a wire ran into the house). They patched a squirrel hole and cleaned the eaves-troughs. They took away the debris and the full cost was only $300. They were punctual, quick and clean. They didn't recommend other work that supposedly "needed" to be done. I don't think I could have asked for better. Highly recommended.

Blake built a second floor addition on our bungalow. He handled the demolition of the old roof, construction, and permits. He offered estimates and referrals for the other aspects yet allowed us to do some of our own work and also hire other people to do specific jobs.He made our tiny house into a full sized home and didn't break the bank. Well done.

Victor had to re-set a crooked door jamb that had never actually held a door. He shimmed etc. until it was dead square. He then planed a few millimeters off the door, here and there, to set it perfectly. He even chiseled out the hinge areas to conform to the rounded shape of the hinges. He set the lock set and cleaned up after. Perfect job. It took a bit longer than he expected, but he didn't ask for more cash. He just wanted it to be done right.
