I would give this store a score of 0 if I could. The Customer service for this place is non existent. Once you have purchased a product, they will charge your credit card but then e-mail you in 3 days telling you that the product is non existent. Then you try to contact somebody to see if you can modify the order and after many attempts you get to talk to an arrogant dude at the head office telling you basically to buzz off and wait another few days for a response to your e-mail. So do yourself a favour: No matter how attractive the advertise prices are, take your business somewhere else. These guys are just not worth it.

We have booked a Home Inspection with Rob from Ambicorp and we were very satisfied with the services offered. We have shopped around for a Home Inspection service and when we compared the services offered by Ambicorp with other Providers we have decided to go with Ambicorp. Initially, when we saw how attractive the price for the service was, we were a bit skeptical but all those worries were brushed off once we met Rob and when he started to walk us trough the entire Home Inspection process and the services he was offering. First of all Rob showed up at the house 15 minutes earlier so by the time we got there he already started to do an outdoor inspection of the home. He used professional tools to inspect the roof, and everything inside the house including thermal camera which i thought it was pretty cool. Rob took the time to explain the findings and offered professional advice for every abnormal issue he would find. In the end he provided a very comprehensive report with lots of pictures and recommendations on what needs immediate fix and how to maintain the house going forward. It was great working with Rob so I would recommend Ambicorp to everybody who is looking for a quality home inspection.
