After a long renovation (60 days approx) the bathroom had leaks that never got fixed. Contacted Alex after the project was done to come fix a leak that started to get mold not even 6 months after completion. Alex just really did not care into finding the reason for the leak, just patch the drywall, then sand paint and leave 2 times. By the third time, we just felt that he did not care. Try to patch it and then called another company to come and investigate the leak. After cutting the wall from the other room, find out that the shower had a leak from the installation and was damping the drywall. I do not expect for the company to do what is right and come fix it. But wanted to say that 9000 dollars should last more than just 6 months. Make sure that you extend the warranty in the contract they give you. Even after contacting him before guaranty expired, he did NOT fix the problem. We cannot use our bathroom. The leak is still here and he's gone!

The company had a small delay getting back when we contacted them. They were very nice and did a fantastic job with the removal of the birch on the front of the house. Clean, neat and fast. They cut the wood and the stump as we requested, and left the wood nicely piled. I was very surprised to see such a clean job! I contacted this company after checking them on the BBB and with the excellent rating they have, this because we needed to change the roof for our home. within 1 day Sokol came and gave e a roofing quote. We verified the quote and the product the company has to offer and the quality is there, we got shingles that will last many years. Once we decided to go with them after reviewing 2 other companies. Their pricing is very competitive and the reviews gave us a clear view of what to expect. Then we got an approximate date for them to come and do the work. I received a call from Sokol and he told me that he will come earlier. The next day they showed up and the crew came with 2 trucks. They unloaded the new roof and all the materials to do the job at about 10 AM. When I came from work around 3 PM, they were finishing putting the shingles. After they installed the ridge venting and finish their work in a very professional way. Once done they cleaned everything and even raked the grass to get any nails that dropped from the roof. I was very impressed with the quality and care this company takes when doing their job. Once they were done Sokol came to inspect the job done and collect payment. We have a beautiful new roof and waiting for the shingles to seal permanently next spring. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
