My son was flying in from uni for the holidays December 18th at 8 pm and I didn't have a bed for him. I searched around and was so impressed by the reviews for 'Carlos' that I thought I'd give him Sleep Guide a call. Much to my surprise THE Carlos answered AND gave me an hour long crash course on mattresses. I was so impressed (and thrilled that he could deliver the same day) that I ended up ordering 3 mattresses. The bad part: I was picking my son up at the airport when Carlos delivered to my house so I didn't get to thank him personally. The BEST part, we all had a great night's sleep on our new mattresses!! Thanks Carlos. 10/10 would recommend.
