We are very pleased with the work David and Chris' team completed at our home. Our 1960s built chimney was in desperate need of removal and replacement. Three Little Pigs removed the old stone and reconstructed the chimney using more modern materials in a timely fashion, on budget and ensured we were very happy with the final result. We would happily recommend Three Little Pigs.

When no one else I contacted from the bbq repair or service industry in Toronto would even return my call, Nick offered to help immediately. Our family’s propane, backyard fire table had stopped working and I had hoped that someone with expertise in repairing this type of equipment could repair it, saving us from an expensive replacement. Within two days of speaking, Nick was on site. Within an hour of arriving exactly when he said he would, the repair was completed at the original price quoted. When I had a question later in the day, Nick helped me over the phone quickly and professionally. I would recommend Nick highly.

We are very happy with the system that Adam and his team installed. A positive tone for the project was set when he arrived on time for the quotation. After listening to our needs, the scope of the work was decided upon, the next steps explained and a great price provided. A few days later, we are very happy customers with the professional installation completed quickly, neatly, politely and on budget. We look forward to working with Adam again on future projects.

Our backsplit had a very difficult job - the underground duct work had rotted completely and needed to be replaced. Two of three contractors couldn't figure out how to do the repair and turned down the job. Not Lou - he knew exactly what the problem was and how to solve it. The job was completed in one day, with minimal disruption to our home. He and his brother were intelligent in their approach and minimized the amount of drywall cutting. Where cuts needed to be made, they were small and vacuumed as the saw ran to reduce dust. Afterwards, the site was left extremely clean. The work has significantly improved the air flow in our home and we would recommend Lou highly.

Derek cut down a tree in our backyard this week. Great communication. On time. On budget. Clean and tidy. The perfect guy to work with for this type of project.

Our old, leaky improperly installed skylight was removed and a new, water tight skylight installed. A minor issue with the installation was satisfactorily resolved in only a few days. We experienced rain for the first time this morning and were happy to have no water on our kitchen floor for the first time after a storm.

I've worked with Jay on a number of projects at two different homes that I've owned. In 2010, Jay redid our entire kitchen and put a 20ft fence in the backyard. In 2014, after moving to a new home, he renovated our basement and installed a 150' fence in the backyard. Jay is incredibly hard working, extremely skilled in a variety of trades and is a great communicator throughout a project. I've trusted my home with Jay on multiple occasions in the past and will continue to do so on future projects.

When our dryer stopped working on December 23ed we called and made an appointment for the 26th between 4pm-7pm. No one ever showed. We called another repair company that we found on Homestars that had a 9.8 rating and had our dryer up and running the next day. Moral of the story.... The information you find on HomeStars really tells you a lot about who you're hiring.

When left high and dry after another company never showed for the repair appointment, we reached out to HighTech to repair our dryer. A 7pm phone call followed by a repair completed by 1:30pm the next day at a very fair price. I will call Atiar first next time.
