Ironclad prepped the wall for a much larger window to be installed in our second floor family room. It involved removing and lowering the roof over the kitchen, changing the lighting in the kitchen, gyprocing and painting. The cost was $14,000 plus $3,000 for the window and $500 for the engineering drawings. Re-shingling & re-roofing the flat part of the roof was extra but done by two other companies. We HIGHLY recommend Ironclad. Spencer and his two crew members, Tony and Cat were outstanding in both performance and their caring manner. The site was kept clean and tidy and the crew was friendly, courteous, on time and kept us informed on a regular basis. Without a doubt, we will call Ironclad for ALL future renovation jobs. They were so trustworthy and understood this difficult job which they made easier and far less stressful than what our condo board made it out to be.
